Program and Project Management Specialist, Senior

As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need a project management specialist like you who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.


On our team, you'll implement and maintain acquisition programs in support of our Department of War (DoW) Navy client. You'll help with tactical planning and execution using resources like the Microsoft suite of tools and regular interactions with key executive leaders and SMEs.

You Have:

• Experience supporting Navy or DoW acquisition programs
• Experience preparing briefings and reports for government clients
• Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerApps
• Ability to manage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communication results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in program management, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in program management, or 13+ years of experience in program management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience designing multiple data visualization techniques
• Experience supporting executives or front office functions in an organization
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Top Secret clearance
• PMI PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
