Part Time - Janitorial General Cleaner

Need a Part Time Cleaner for a Large School Campus-You WILL get your Steps In! We are seeking an active, reliable, and detail-oriented Janitorial General Cleaner to join our team. In this role on a large school campus in Lebanon, TN, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. If you enjoy an active environment, this evening position is a great fit! - Perform routine custodial duties across campus, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, breakrooms, and high-traffic common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles regularly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supply closets are stocked and organized.
- Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk extensive distances across campus and repetitively lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.
- Screenings: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Work-Life Balance: Consistent evening weekday schedule (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Mon-Fri) with no weekend work
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 / hour starting rate
