We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Early Childhood Floater to join our team. • Supporting lead teachers with daily classroom activities, such as implementing lesson plans and engaging with children in educational activities
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times, including supervising playtime, learning centers, and outdoor activities
• Contributing to a clean and organized classroom environment by assisting with meal preparation, cleaning up after activities, and maintaining a safe and hygienic space
• Engaging with children during playtime, learning centers, and outdoor activities, while promoting social, emotional, and language development
• Preparing materials and activities to support classroom instruction and engaging children in educational play
• Communicating effectively with staff, children, and families to ensure a positive and respectful learning environment
• Providing support with daily routines, such as diapering, toileting, and handwashing, as needed
• Covering classrooms during teacher breaks, meetings, or absences, ensuring continuity of instruction and care
• Assisting with classroom setup and cleanup, including preparing materials and equipment for lessons

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and actively supervise children throughout the day
• Passing a background check and fingerprinting
• Fluent Spanish speaker
• Knowledge of basic child development and classroom safety
• Flexibility and dependability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work with different age groups and classrooms
• Experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting
• High school diploma or GED

• Certification in CPR and First Aid is an asset, demonstrating a commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for our children.
