Salary: $105 +A well-established fashion company with a diverse portfolio of brands is hiring a Senior Designer for Outdoor and Outerwear Apparel. Having passion for creating elevated apparel tailored for outdoor adventures is a key to the position. This individual will immerse themselves in the outdoor consumer experience, transforming functional design into stylish, relatable pieces.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in innovative outdoor solutions, with the ability to interpret elite trends into accessible designs. Responsibilities Oversee the creation and management of multiple product lines that resonate with our brand's DNA, aligning with seasonal concepts and category directions. Work closely with the design development team as a key liaison to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Make informed decisions regarding product and process. Perform market analysis in trend forecasting keeping ahead of industry developments, incorporating relevant trends and design inspirations. Lead the creation of category content, including direction for presentation decks, mood boards, trims, and fabric selections. Develop and execute detailed sketches and technical packages that guide the production process. Collaborate directly with merchandising leads to curate a compelling assortment that reflects our brand’s passion for design and innovation.
