Benefits 401(k) Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off About the Role Infinity Restoration Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our growing team in Prince Frederick, MD. This is a hands‑on role where you'll play a critical part in helping property owners recover from water, fire, and other damage — making a real difference when it matters most. Responsibilities Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services on residential and commercial properties Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters Conduct structural drying, demolition, and debris removal as needed Document job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress with photos and written reports Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process Follow IICRC standards and safety protocols on every job site Respond to emergency service calls, including after‑hours and weekend situations Requirements Prior experience in water mitigation, restoration, or a related trade preferred IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) a plus — or willingness to obtain Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and ability to document job progress accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to on‑call emergency situations Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first attitude About Us Infinity Restoration Inc is a trusted restoration company serving Prince Frederick, MD and the surrounding communities, dedicated to delivering fast, professional, and compassionate service when disaster strikes.
