This community-focused acute care facility provides emergency and essential medical services to patients in Washington County and the surrounding region. The facility operates as a critical access hospital with a 10-bed Emergency Department and maintains established clinical protocols to support quality emergency care delivery. Infrastructure is in place to accommodate locum tenens clinicians during assigned coverage periods.

About the Clinician's WorkdayThe Emergency Medicine Physician will provide clinical coverage during day and night shifts at this on-site emergency department in Missouri, working 12-hour shifts within a 10-bed Emergency Department. Clinicians will evaluate and manage a broad range of emergency cases at a critical access hospital that sees approximately 13,000 ED visits annually. Physician coverage is maintained 24 hours per day throughout assigned shifts. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment, and both board certification and prescriptive authority are required.
