Hands-on food preparationPrepare dough from scratchStrong aptitude for following recipesPackage dough for deliveryAbility to lift heavy boxes of dough onto shelving and a 50-pound bag of flour into the mixerMaintains established standards of sanitation, safety and food preparation as set by the local and state health department; maintains an orderly, sanitary and safe dough roomGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environmentAbility to safely operate all dough room equipmentResponsible for receiving and storing food and supplies in a safe and approved mannerStrong math skills with the ability to calculate portion sizes and limit food waste is requiredObtain a complete knowledge of procedures and follow them.Other:Prepare dough items while following the proper recipes to maintain a consistent product and nutritional value when not deliveringWork in assigned stations as directed by the person in charge; 1. Batches, 2. Cut & Ball, 3. Sheeting, 4. Stacking, 5. Dough PullsComplete all assigned cleaning and prep-workPerform any other assignments or tasks assigned by your manager or supervisorPhysical Requirements:Able to work in a sitting position, standing, and walking position with frequent changes between positions.Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.Able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.Attendance at work is required.Willing and able to deliver in inclement weatherPizza King is loved by the communities that we are established in.
