Senior IT Manager

As a Senior IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology department of our company in Washington. Your primary role will be to develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and support as needed. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans for the IT department Oversee the day-to-day operations of all IT systems and infrastructure Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring training and performance evaluations Ensure the security and integrity of all company data and systems Identify areas for improvement in processes systems and infrastructure Provide technical support to employees as needed Monitor technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or similar role Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Extensive knowledge of computer hardware software networks and data security Experience developing and implementing strategic plans for an organizations technology needs Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals Salary $1800 per month negotiable based on experience Location Washington Filipino candidates preferred Employment Type Contract without accommodation #J-18808-Ljbffr BrightPath Engineering
