Through its commitment to agility in innovation, trust and reliability, and sustainable creation, Radienz Living is passionate about providing its customers with products that support a cleaner way of living and a more radiant world.The company has undergone a remarkable transformation over the last two years, focusing on two product lines: Unit Dose products, where it is the undisputed leader in Private Label and Contract Manufacturing, and Personal Care Wipes, where it manufactures the wipes for the country's #1 beauty care brand.Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for placing completed material onto a pallet, building, and wrapping the pallets for shipment. The candidate is responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Load finished goods onto pallets according to product specificationsBuild and stack pallets for shipment in a safe and organized mannerSecure completed pallets using clear stretch wrapReport any product damages or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor promptlyAssist in maintaining a clean and organized work areaSupport other departments as needed based on production demandsQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.Prior working knowledge in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred.Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions.Ability to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment.Ability to handle continuous movement.Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require working overtime during high demand.Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined company policies and procedures, safety rules and SOPs.Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.Attention to details.Physical Demands:Ability to frequently lift 70 lbs. and move heavy objects.Constant manual dexterity use.Ability to use a hand pallet jack.Required to stand for long period of time.Ability to walk, bend, lift, pull, twist, kneel, and reach with hand and arms for extended periods of time.Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 5pm - 1:30amPay Rate: $17.00
