Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary role of a Pediatrician in this practice is delivery of direct Pediatric medical management to patients in the hospital and in the office settings. It will include but not limited to the following:

Acute, sub-acute, out-patient, and chronic patient consultations with follow up and ongoing comprehensive medical management.
Emergency coverage of Pediatric medical management issues including 24/7 availability to facilities on a rotational basis.
Effective updates through communication and education of referring providers, patients, and family members as appropriate, of medical management plan, clinical progress, and prognosis.
Participate in the professional development through education and mentorship of ancillary staff and other allied professionals.
Coordinate and/or participate in integrated specialty and subspecialty consultations and interdisciplinary care conferences as needed.
Participate in the strategic planning, oversight, and quality improvement initiatives of facilities and a variety of programs as directed by the Company.
Performs other duties as necessary.
