The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, understanding business goals, and translating them into effective digital marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and communicating insights and recommendations. The role involves collaborating with internal marketing and analytics teams, ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI and aligned with client objectives. The Account Manager will also handle regular check-ins, present performance results, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in client account management, including relationship building, expectation setting, and delivering excellent client service.Practical knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, Google Ads, Facebook advertising, and conversion optimization.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms to interpret data and inform strategy.Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex marketing insights in an accessible way.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including media buyers, strategists, and creatives.Familiarity with campaign tracking, attribution, and performance measurement; comfort working with KPIs and ROI-focused goals.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior agency or performance marketing experience is preferred but not required.Interest in staying current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
