Overview:

Due to growth, Sterling Ridge Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is now hiring an Occupational Therapist in Montgomery, TX. Full-time availability is required to work 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.

New grad Occupational Therapists will be supported and mentored.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Occupational Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic, treating patients of all ages with lower complexity hand therapy cases. Join our winning team and bring your passion and expertise.

The ability to develop a specialty or attain certification is encouraged and supported.

Full-time OTs working 5 days per week, should expect to see about 12 patients per day.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $80,000-$110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

We provide a 401k with an automatic 3% company contribution after 90 days and an annual $1,000 allowance plus one paid day for CEUs. Work Schedule:

Occupational Therapists work Monday through Friday with two schedule options: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. A condensed 4-day work week is also available.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for TX state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

• Hand Therapy experience / CHT certification is preferred, but not required.

• New grad OTs will be supported and mentored.

• Full-time is required to work 40 hours per week.
