Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Mooresville, North Carolina

This position provides Speech-Language Pathology expertise at both an elementary and a preschool site, totaling 40 hours per week. Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending SLP-CCC or CFY status required
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in providing direct speech-language therapy and related support services
• Ability to conduct evaluations and write thorough, compliant documentation in ECATS and Medicaid systems
• Skilled at collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable attending IEP meetings and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Preference for onsite providers to maximize student interaction and team collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services and supports to students according to IEPs
• Conduct assessments to determine students' speech-language needs
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, contributing to individualized planning
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within ECATS and Medicaid
• Employ evidence-based interventions designed for elementary and preschool populations
