We’re seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls with our merchants. This role requires a strong focus on providing excellent customer support, resolving issues, and helping retain existing accounts through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle merchant calls with a goal of one-call resolution and timely follow-up
• Manage merchant issues including billing, claims, training, training, etc.
• Maintain accurate records, scan documents, and monitor email communication
• Work collaboratively with team members and management

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Time management and multitasking in high-pressure situations
• Experience with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
