Legal Assistant

Buchalter

Buchalter is seeking a detail-oriented legal assistant to support attorneys with drafting, proofreading, and finalizing contracts, agreements, closing documents, and correspondence. You will assist with transactional documents, corporate formations, amendments, and filings, ensuring compliance with firm standards and formatting.
