Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - No first-time travelers - hard stop; screen if 5+ years experience. - Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab exp, Cardiac Stent Placement, Circulate Procedures, Right and Left heart catheterization.

Required Credentials: - Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests: - RTO must be listed at time of submission. - Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Cares for patients with STEMI, arrhythmias, kidney and carotid blockage. - Heart Cath, pacemaker, ICD, cardiac angio, peripheral vascular studies to include AIF, carotid stenting, Declot, IR to include nephrostomy. Moderate Sedation.

Shift & Scheduling: - On-call required: 1730-0700 weeknights and weekends (Fri 1730-0700 Monday). - Weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
