Commercial Property Assistant
\n \nLocation: South End, Charlotte, NC
\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Fully In-Office

\n \nAbout the Role
\nOur client is a privately held commercial real estate company in the Charlotte area that develops, owns, and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
\n \nThey are looking for a Commercial Property Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Property Management team. This is a great opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who is ready to take the next step into commercial real estate.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide administrative and operational support to Property Managers \n
- Assist with day-to-day management of commercial properties \n
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams \n
- Assist with tenant requests, property documentation, and follow-up \n
- Support lease administration and maintain accurate property records \n
- Coordinate and track vendor activities and property-related needs \n
- Assist with invoices, documentation, reporting, and other back-office functions \n
- Maintain organized records and ensure information is entered accurately into property management systems \n
- Support the Property Management team with various projects and administrative needs \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, property administration, or a related field \n
- Residential property management experience is strongly considered \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills \n
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks \n
- Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment \n
- Experience with Yardi or MRI is highly preferred \n
- Bachelor’s degree is not required \n
