Administrative Liaison (Emergency Department)

Job Summary Department Liaison – VCA South Shore (Weymouth). The Veterinary Hospital is a 24‑hour general and specialty practice, offering boarding and emergency services. We are seeking responsible caretakers to support our veterinary team and provide excellent client service. Responsibilities Under policy direction from the Liaison Manager, the Department Liaison assists doctors and other hospital staff with daily tasks and client communications. Responsibilities include answering client questions, scheduling appointments and procedures, communicating client concerns directly to the veterinarian, maintaining proper documentation for all patient accounts, and performing other operational tasks essential to the smooth running of the veterinary hospital. Schedule & Pay Job Types: Full‑time and Part‑time Shift options: 6, 8 or 10‑hour shifts, including day, evening, night, weekend and overnight hours; some holidays and weekend hours are required. Base pay: $18.50 – $22.00 per hour (dependent on experience, education, and certification). Night, weekend, and overnight differentials are added to the base pay.
