Pay & Compensation

• Top-tier pay with real guarantees. Top drivers earn up to $127,000/year - 60CPM base pay, up to 4CPM in performance incentives, and a $1,350 weekly minimum for qualifying weeks.*
• Loyalty pay that starts immediately. Earn up to 5.5CPM in loyalty pay*, accruing from day one. Experience and commitment are rewarded from the start.
• Pay for every part of the job. $75 tarp pay and $100 dwell pay* - because your time and effort matter beyond the miles.
• Paid orientation. Earn $1,250 during orientation* so you're compensated from the moment you start.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 12+ months Regional or OTR experience required
