High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
Previous experience in supervision, Required
Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required
Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired

Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary
Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources
Support continuous improvement recommendations
Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment
Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions
