Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with acute care experience and Epic proficiency for an outpatient position requiring a CA PT license.

Details

• Day shift schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends every third weekend
• No on-call requirements
• Epic EMR is in use; experience with Epic in acute care settings using Navigator is required

Requirements

• Active California PT license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in physical therapy, with experience in the specialty within the last 3 months
• Acute care experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR in acute care settings, specifically with Navigator
• Active, unrestricted state license required
• Candidates must not have a prior hit on their license
• 2 supervisor references required: one from within the past year and one from within the past two years
• Skills checklist for the submitted specialty, completed within the past year, required for consideration
• DOB, middle name, and SSN required for consideration

• Facility is actively going live with Epic at the time of this assignment
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days; candidates exceeding this will not be considered
