About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program Management to lead the strategic and operational execution of its late-stage development programs. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, driving integrated program strategy and decision-making to ensure clinical and regulatory success. This role demands a highly experienced, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of late-stage clinical development, capable of managing cross-functional relationships and preparing programs for potential registration and commercialization. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end program strategy for Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs, contributing to development strategies for regulatory approval and lifecycle planning, and overseeing integrated program plans for global clinical trials. The VP will also be responsible for anticipating and mitigating risks, aligning program goals with corporate objectives, and ensuring programs are prepared for future commercialization considerations. Candidates for the Vice President of Program Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 15 years' experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on late-stage clinical development. Demonstrated leadership in Phase 2 and Phase 3 programs, particularly in the areas of immunology, allergy/inflammation, or respiratory diseases, is strongly preferred. Experience in small biotech or startup environments is highly desirable. The role requires a strong knowledge of immunology clinical endpoints, biomarkers, and the competitive landscape, as well as experience with regulatory filings and health authority interactions. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in cross-functional leadership, operational infrastructure, and governance, and be adept at building and leading high-performing teams.
