About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Payson, Utah. Major project components—including budgets, hiring, specifications, subcontractors, and permits—are already in place.

The primary focus of this role is to coordinate on-site work, monitor construction progress, resolve field issues, and ensure daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate job-site operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed according to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate on-site personnel, subcontractors, and trades to maintain workflow.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day construction issues and delays.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and site requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate work sequencing and ensure teams have the information needed to complete their tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on outstanding work.
• Help keep projects on schedule through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction management, site supervision, or as a construction superintendent.
• Tilt-up construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes and day-to-day job-site operations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple on-site activities and address issues independently.
• Commitment to maintaining construction quality and job-site safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial construction, remodeling, or general contracting.
• Background in hands-on construction or field supervision.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management software.
