Non-CDL Truck Driver

The Non-CDL Truck Driver will drive a small truck to transport cargo to and from destinations within the immediate local area. 1st Shift: 6:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday Pay: $24.12 per hour This position is based out of Carthage, MO Application Click HERE [ to complete the application process. • Inspects the truck pre- and post-trip.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily

log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports.

• Ensures all cargo is loaded, checked, and safely secured during transit.
• Assists with or oversees loading and unloading of cargo to ensure secure

transit.

• Acquires all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents.
• Monitors the maintenance and repair of the truck.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and

representing them company positively. * Responsible for following all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations. * Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years recent commercial delivery-driving experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience * Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus * Strong commitment to customer service Educational Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 85 lbs., if necessary
• Flexible shifts with the capability to undertake overnight trips 1-2 nights
