Social Media Producer

We are seeking a highly organized, aesthetically driven Content Producer & Marketing Coordinator to support content production and marketing execution across our luxury hospitality portfolio, including Casaléna and Avondale Hospitality properties. This is a hands-on execution role. You will work directly with the Creative Director to produce, edit, publish, and organize content while supporting PR outreach and marketing logistics. JR Social & Brand Content Producer** Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid) Reports to: Creative Director About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, aesthetically driven Content Producer & Marketing Coordinator to support content production and marketing execution across our luxury hospitality portfolio, including Casaléna and Avondale Hospitality properties. This is a hands-on execution role. You will work directly with the Creative Director to produce, edit, publish, and organize content while supporting PR outreach and marketing logistics. The ideal candidate lives and breathes content creation, understands elevated hospitality branding, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Core Responsibilities Video Editing & Post-Production Edit Instagram Reels and TikTok content in Adobe Premiere and/or InShot or similar editing apps Structure compelling short-form content with strong hooks and pacing Strong ability to extract the most engaging soundbites from interviews or voiceovers and build dynamic, story-driven short-form edits around them. Add text overlays, captions, music, and transitions aligned with brand aesthetic Deliver fast-turnaround edits, including same-day event content when needed Repurpose long‑form footage into short‑form assets Content Capture & Production Filming on‑site at restaurant, nightlife, and event activations Capture elevated, brand-aligned photo and video content Execute shot lists provided by Creative Director Maintain luxury hospitality visual standards (lighting, composition, detail) Graphic Design & Digital Assets Design social media graphics and story assets in Canva Create promotional graphics for events, menus, announcements, etc. Resize and format assets for multiple platforms Maintain cohesive visual identity across all materials PR Outreach & Influencer Coordination Ability to draft and send PR outreach emails to influencers, media, and partners Maintain outreach lists and track communications Coordinate influencer visits and content approvals when neededOrganize press materials and digital asset folders Social Media Execution Format, schedule, and publish posts Assist with caption writing aligned with brand tone Maintain content calendar Monitor engagement and flag notable performance trends Pull basic performance metrics for review Email & Website Support Design and send branded email newsletters via Mailchimp Update imagery and content on Squarespace websites Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints File & Asset Organization Maintain structured Google Drive file systems Organize photo/video archives by date, event, and campaign Implement clear naming conventions Ensure all assets are accessible and properly stored Qualifications 2–4+ years experience in content production or social media marketing Strong portfolio of short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok) Proficient in Adobe Premiere Strong Canva skills Comfortable filming content on iPhone and/or DSLR Experience in hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, or lifestyle brands preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working evenings/weekends for events (as needed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
