Support Engineer

L2 Support Engineer (Redis Sme)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Okay with Remote Onboarding)

Required Skills:

• Strong RHEL implementation and administration skills
• Hands-on experience on Linux environments and virtualization/containerized environments and troubleshooting skillset in Linux environments.
• Experience in open-source Kafka and its components - zookeepers, Kafka connect, Kafka Control Server or ACTIVE MQ

OR

• Strong Redis 6/5.4 and CRDB operational knowledge
• Working knowledge of caching frameworks and distributed caching algorithms

Desirable Experience:

• Ansible
• Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and service restoration skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to work with difficult customers in critical outage situations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
