Private Equity Sourcing & Operations Analyst If you’re coming out of a top program with strong internships and want exposure to private equity—but prefer building, analyzing, and driving activity behind the scenes rather than chasing a traditional deal path—this is a unique seat to consider. This role is designed as operational leverage to a high-performing investment team , focused on sourcing strategy, market mapping, and business development support . You’ll work closely with investors to help identify, track, and engage potential opportunities—playing a critical role in how deals get in the door.
