What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
• Administer procedures as part of patient rehabilitation plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT, adjusting treatments as needed
• Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records
• Provide consultation and education to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members
• Support discharge planning and participate in care conferences and team meetings
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist

What You Need

• Active State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and regulatory standards for OT
