In addition to athletes, the Hennef Sports School – like a hotel – also accommodates pure conference and overnight guests. We are looking to strengthen our team with immediate effect or at the earliest possible date. as a working student (or on a 603 € basis) – initially limited to one year (with the possibility of extension) – for the reception of our company. Your area of responsibility includes: You will support our team of employees mainly in the afternoon and evening hours as well as at weekends and on public holidays: Looking after our guests on arrival and departure Entering bookings and guest lists Maintenance of the guest file Further administrative tasks for the sports school administration. You bring with you: Flexibility, commitment, a friendly and open demeanor Very good knowledge of current PC user programs Confident knowledge of written and spoken English.
