Job Skills / Requirements Custodian | Rochester Hills Monday - Friday | 6:00p - 9:00p $15.00 per hour We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support cleaning operations at a modern automotive technology and engineering facility in the Rochester Hills area near the M-59 corridor. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment. The facility supports a global automotive electronics and technology company, so attention to detail and consistent quality are important in this role. Responsibilities
- Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties throughout office and common areas
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Maintain cleanliness throughout hallways, entrances, conference rooms, and shared spaces
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a professional office and technology environment
