Commercial Hvac Technician
Madden Industrial Craftsmen has a well-respected client that needs to add a Commercial HVAC Technician to their hard-working team. Bring your 3 years experience and can-do attitude for immediate consideration. $48-$55 per hour DOE.
DUTIES:
- Service, maintenance and repair packaged and split system heat pumps
- Service, maintenance and repair ductless split system heat pumps and AC units
- Service, maintenance and repair of VAV and VRF/VRV systems
- Control wiring
- Refrigeration piping
- Condensate piping
- System start-ups
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years performing maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems
- Current valid 06A Electrical license
- EPA certification and Seattle Refrigeration Mechanic license
- HVAC controls experience
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Computer and smart phone literate
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
ADDITIONAL LICENSES/ SKILLS A PLUS (BUT NOT NECESSARY): Mitsubishi City-Multi, LG and Daikin VRV experience Control systems experience OSHA 10
