ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in 2011 and is a close-knit team of six who work together to support our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting and also worked as a State Farm team member, which helped shape my approach to building a strong, people-focused team. I'm a graduate of Western Illinois University and a proud wife and parent of two college-aged children. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and catching local live music. We're also a dog-loving household with two pups. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
