RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety audits
- Set goals for performance and deadlines
- Using Continuous Improvement tools
- Planning and implementation of productivity, equipment or process improvement efforts
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Manage all manufacturing processes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma
- 5 plus years of Production Management experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Manager Logistics, production, maintenance, engineering and warehousing
- Previous experience/best practices implementing and using continuous improvement/lean tools such as; Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, etc. to drive improvement.
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- ERP/MRP experience
- Inventory
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
