Crew Leader - Maintenance

Buscamos líderes de equipo con experiencia para trabajar de forma segura en el campo para nuestra división de mantenimiento. Serás un miembro del equipo de trabajo que supervisará todos los aspectos de un equipo desde el principio hasta el final.¿Cuales serían mis responsabilidades?Supervisar todas las actividades de servicio de mantenimiento de césped de la cuadrilla, asegurándose de que todos los miembros de la cuadrilla tengan el material de seguridad requerido, la capacitación y las herramientas necesarias para completar el trabajo y que siempre estén operando de manera segura.Complete un informe de inspección previa al viaje cada día.Coordinar con la gerencia de la sucursal, los clientes y los empleados según sea necesario.Utilizar herramientas de jardinería y operar equipos pesados según sea necesario.
