Central Scheduler

The Central Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and accurately scheduling appointments in the electronic health records (EHR) for outpatient services including, but not limited to, Ambulatory Care, Diagnostic Imaging, and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation services. The Central Scheduler will provide high quality customer service to all patients, families, providers, customers and ancillary departments.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Experience interacting with the public and providing customer focused service is essential. Intermediate proficiency in computer related skills required.

Normal office environment. When working in clinical areas, potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Must follow standard precautions.
