Order Coordinator & Sales Support

FloorMe! is looking for an organized, proactive Order Coordinator to join our Nashua team. This is an important behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our flooring sales and order process running smoothly—from the time a sale is completed through product delivery.

You’ll be the connection between our sales team, vendors, customers, warehouse, and installation teams—making sure orders are accurate, products are available, timelines are being tracked, and everyone has the information they need.

What You’ll Do

In the role of Order Coordinator, you’ll:

• Place flooring and material orders accurately and on time, reviewing details before orders are submitted.
• Work directly with vendors on order confirmations, product availability, shipping, lead times, backorders, and discontinued products.
• Look for opportunities to coordinate vendor shipments to help reduce freight costs and improve efficiency.
• Track orders and proactively communicate delays, concerns, or changes that could affect a customer or installation schedule.
• Keep order information and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Serve as a go-to resource for the sales team regarding order status, product availability, and vendor information.
• Provide day-to-day support to our flooring sales team.
• Assist customers by phone and help customers visiting the showroom when sales team members are assisting other clients.
• Help connect new customer inquiries with the appropriate salesperson.
• Assist with product samples, literature, pricing information, and other showroom needs.
• Work closely with our sales, warehouse, installation, and management teams to keep projects moving forward.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t have to know everything about flooring on day one—but you do need to be someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with different people, and willing to take ownership of the details.

Ideally, you:

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Can comfortably manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Enjoy working with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Are proactive about identifying problems and following through until they are resolved.
• Are comfortable using computers and learning industry-specific software.
• Have previous experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, purchasing, flooring, construction, or home improvement.

The Schedule and Compensation

This is an in-person position based in our Nashua, NH location , working Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM , with a ½-hour unpaid lunch, for a 37.5-hour workweek.

This position has a starting hourly salary range of $21.00-$23.00/hour, based on your experience
