Process EngineerThrive with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring a Process Engineer in Fremont, CA.As a Process Engineer, you will:Work during all stages of the manufacturing process. These engineers can be designing innovative processes and equipment for a new facility or they can be involved in the modification and optimization of equipment and processes that are already in place.Research and development of new equipmentAssisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problemData collection, interpretation and report in writingInstallation of new equipmentPresentation of data and report to management and customerContinual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain highThis is a full-time direct hire opportunity.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:10pm.The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline required2+ years in production or process engineeringProven work experience in process engineeringFamiliarity with Microsoft word, excel and power pointCAD or AutoCad skillsExcellent technical skillsExperience in process simulationsKnowledge of process related standardsPay rate: $38.00- $45.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
