SAP ABAP Consultant

Akkodis is seeking an SAP ABAP Consultant for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). This role involves gathering requirements, configuring SAP solutions, and supporting development, testing, and production activities to ensure seamless procurement operations .

Rate Range: $60/Hour to $70/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


SAP ABAP Consultant Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM processes for direct procurement and requisition-to-order cycles.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams (ABAP/Fiori) for solution delivery.
• Execute and support testing activities including functional, integration, and UAT testing.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
• Support data migration, cutover activities, and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in SAP MM/S4 HANA development and support.
• Strong expertise in Ariba, Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), SAP MM direct procurement processes (requisition-to-order) with hands-on configuration and integration experience.
• Proven ability in requirements analysis, testing, production support, and working with cross-functional teams in ERP implementations.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
