Your Role — What You’ll Own: Champion the Guest Experience Lead your team to deliver outstanding service consistently, even during peak rushes and unexpected challenges. Handle guest concerns swiftly and thoughtfully, turning tough moments into lasting loyalty. Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest-ready presentation — every minute counts. Lead a Winning Team Build and sustain a high-energy culture where every team member feels supported and driven to excel. What You Bring: 1–3 years of proven leadership experience managing teams of 25+ people, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
