What You’ll Do Lead and own all aspects of the product creation process for accessories, ensuring profitability and delivering innovative solutions. Translate consumer insights and market trends into compelling seasonal product strategies and briefs. Guide cross‑functional partners across merchandising, design, development, and global teams through the product creation lifecycle. Drive accountability to key milestones, ensuring timely delivery of market‑leading products that meet financial, quality, and innovation goals. Research products, consumers, and the marketplace to inform product strategy and development. Manage product creation workflow and data, maintaining essential product tools. Collaborate effectively with diverse functional partners, fostering strong relationships. Develop and deliver impactful presentations to product management and merchandising partners at global and regional levels. Act as the voice of the consumer, keeping a pulse on their needs and relevant trends within the accessories market. Proactively identify problems and opportunities from consumer insights, process, and operations, offering solutions to drive business forward. Contribute to shaping strategic conditions for the team’s success and driving brand distinction through innovation. What You’ll Bring Must‑Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. A minimum of 6 years of experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing. Proven expertise in Keynote and Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision and strategy to key stakeholders. A collaborative and adaptable team player with a passion for serving consumers. Capacity to manage high workloads and deliver year‑over‑year business results. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate across product, process, and tools. Curiosity and a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas, and opportunities.
