Technology Director, ERP Supply Chain, Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technology Director to serve as global product owner for Plan-to-Manufacture ERP capabilities within DePuy Synthes. The role involves leading SAP S/4 strategy, implementation, and integration across manufacturing operations while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, solution design, and implementation of global ERP applications for Plan-to-Manufacture processes
• Serve as technology product owner for SAP S/4HANA global template supporting production planning and manufacturing capabilities
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Technology leaders to translate requirements into technology roadmaps
• Drive process integration and data consistency across planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, warehousing, and financial processes
• Lead, coach, and develop technology teams and system integrator partners to deliver high-quality outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 10+ years planning, architecting, and implementing global SAP S/4 planning and manufacturing solutions
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and manufacturing capabilities
• Demonstrated experience leading solution design and delivery of Plan-to-Manufacture ERP processes
• Experience integrating SAP with manufacturing execution systems, PLM, warehouse, and quality systems
• Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes across planning through finance
• Experience managing global template adoption, site deployments, and organizational change initiatives
