Requirements Must successfully pass a criminal background check Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (non-THC) Ability to read and follow written instructions, patterns, drawings, and product specifications Ability to perform basic sewing tasks, accurately measure materials, and work with a variety of fabrics and adhesives Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and accuracy Previous sewing, manufacturing, upholstery, textile, or production experience preferred Working knowledge of industrial single-needle or walking foot sewing machines preferred Ability to communicate effectively, manage changing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment. Job Duties Obtain required pre-cut parts and materials for production Assemble materials and components according to patterns and product specifications Operate a walking foot sewing machine to complete finished products Follow guidelines for seam measurements, stitching requirements, and thread specifications Ensure proper matching and placement of materials and notions Inspect work for quality and accuracy Follow established production processes and quality standards Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Sit for extended periods while performing detailed sewing work Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, equipment, and finished products Perform close visual inspection of materials, stitching, and finished products Schedule Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week Work schedule to be determined at time of hire Flexible scheduling available based on training availability and business needs Pay Rate $17.00 per hour Eligible for company benefits upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire.
