• 10-15 shifts per month with 9-hour shift lengths
• 15-20 patient encounters expected per shift
• Level 3 trauma center with 30,000+ annual volume
• APP support available on schedule
• Multiple shift options: 2pm-11pm, 4pm-1am, 6pm-3am
