Sales Assistant (Legal)

Job Description

Were on the hunt for a motivated Legal Sales Assistant to join our fast-moving, ever-evolving team! Youll be the right hand to our Lead Sales Agent, keeping things running smoothly while connecting with legal staff and departments. Your mission? Make sure we fully understand our clients needs and deliver the perfect solutionsevery single time.

The ideal candidate will have a solid professional background and a demonstrated ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team. They will exhibit meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills, ensuring accurate data entry and seamless collaboration across the organization.

Previous experience in sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools; experience with legal-specific CRM systems is a plus. (CLIO GROW is used)
A self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, able to manage a high volume of client interactions and opportunities.
