Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service during banquet events, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and layouts.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting rooms between courses or events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
