Compensation & Growth
We know your expertise is valuable, and we put our money where our mouth is. Competitive Pay: Hourly pay negotiable, based on experience and specialized skills. Generous CE Allowance: Money given annually to spend on the conferences or certifications you are passionate about. We want our technicians to feel able to learn and grow with additional education without the entire cost coming out of their own pocket. License Reimbursement: We take care of your renewal fees and professional dues. Health & Wellness: Medical/Dental/Vision offered, 401(k), and Scrub Allowance. What We Are Looking For
A valid LVT/RVT/CVT license in the state of Michigan 2+ years working as a licensed veterinary technician is preferred. Use of Avi Mark and/or IDEXX in house lab equipment preferred, not required. A "Team First" mentalityyou're the first to jump in when a coworker needs a hand. A passion for gold-standard patient care and detailed client education. A sense of humor (essential for those "unidentifiable fluid" days). Ability to multitask and stay busy Ability to manage stress levels in high pressure situations
