We provide you with a steady flow of customers who are already interested in buying a vehicle. Every day you'll have opportunities to connect with people who have submitted inquiries online, requested information, or are actively shopping for their next vehicle.
Your job is simple:
- Build relationships with customers.
- Answer questions.
- Help schedule appointments.
- Guide customers through the buying process.
- Create an outstanding customer experience.

We're searching for someone who:
- Loves talking with people.
- Has customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or call center experience.
- Is comfortable using computers, email, texting, and the internet.

Daily responsibilities:
- Contact customers who have submitted online inquiries.
- Respond quickly to calls, texts, emails, and internet leads.
- Build relationships and earn customer trust.
- Schedule appointments with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
- Work closely with our sales and management teams.
- Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the vehicle purchase.
