Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, ICU Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale Float: to other ICUs/Step downs. SSN Required DOB Required References: 2 References in the last 24 months Driver’s License Copy On-File
UHS Specific Employment History Cover Page to be completed with Recruiter
2 Professional References Within Last 2 Years
Flu vaccination are required, declinations are not accepted
Must have Neuro ICU experience, and is a straight Weekend Block position (Fri, Sat, Sun night).
