It leads the development, deployment, and documentation of scalable risk management processes across the enterprise. The role collaborates with governance functions and executive leadership to evaluate risk trade-offs and recommend risk responses. Success is measured by effective risk reporting, improved decision-making, and alignment with regulatory and governance requirements. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
