Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – LTC | Rifle, CO
Schedule: 3 Days a Week | 12-Hour Shifts (36 Hours/Week)
Location: Rifle, Colorado
Type: Contract | Full-Time or Travel

Position Details:
- Shift: 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week
- Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Facility
- Status: Full-time contract (36 hours/week)
- Start Date: ASAP or upon availability
- Pay: Competitive weekly pay, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and feeding
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
- Promote dignity and respect in all resident interactions
- Maintain clean and safe environments
- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Active Colorado CNA license
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience in long-term care
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and time-management skills
